What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email address and message — to answer your inquiry.

PMeyes Planning Network: your name, contact details, location, professional experience, and CV — to review your introduction for the network, to contact you about it, and, if you join, to consider you for engagements with our clients.

We collect only what you give us. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Who receives your data

Your data stays with PMeyes. If you are a member of the Planning Network, we share your profile or CV with a client or trusted partner only after we have spoken with you and you have given your explicit agreement — never before.

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our forms (hosting and form processing) as well as HR administrations. They process data on our behalf within the scope of this policy.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries: up to 1 year. Planning Network introductions: for as long as you are part of the network, or up to 1 year if your introduction does not lead to membership. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Email HR@PMeyes.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
