The Network: Four levels, one standard
The network recognizes four professional levels — a growth path, not a candidate list:
Associate Planner · 2–5 years — Solid fundamentals, building experience on real projects
Project Planner · 5–10 years — Carries a schedule independently, from baseline to close-out
Senior/Lead Planner · 10+ years — Schedule integrity, claims awareness, the confidence to challenge execution plans
Principal Planning/Project Control Consultant · SME level — Strategic planer at project and portfolio level, Setup project control systems, provides audits and recommendations
Membership follows the PMeyes Quality Filter: a personal review of your background by a PMeyes consultant, and — if there is a fit — a conversation about how you plan, think, and communicate. Those who pass carry the title of PMeyes Consultant, and gets the opportunity to work on our clients' projects, maily in the Netherlands and Belgium , and grow within a community that shares The PMeyes Way. We are selective, deliberately — and we respond to everyone, honestly, within five working days.
You need at least 2 years of hands-on planning experience, the right to work in the EU, and openness to projects in NL/BE.
